We can hardly stand the wait, please Christmas don't be late.

As the Post Nazi so kindly reminded me, it is time to post again.

Is anyone else as happy about the snow as I am? There is something so incredibly calm about looking out at fresh fallen snow. Although the calmness tends to disappear when one ventures onto the roads, it is still so beautiful. I love winter. I love December. There are so many good things about that month. I love Christmas. Let's begin the countdown, shall we? http://www.washingtonmo.com/Christmas/countdown.htm

This year, there is one more great thing about December. My favorite band has a new CD coming out the day after Christmas. I pre-ordered it online yesterday, and by doing so, I get a Christmas card signed by the band:). I am pretty darn excited about that. How about a countdown to the release of the much anticipated Oh! Gravity? http://www.cmspin.com/ Or, just add one day to the countdown above.

Nothing Left To Lose

Blind dates suck. On Saturday, I had the unfortunate experience of having one. My coworker decided that I don't date enough, and that she would remedy that situation. She informed me (not asked me) that I would be going with her and her husband and a random boy Saturday. I didn't want to go, but I figured, what could it hurt? It turns out, it could hurt a lot. The one day I have plans is the day that this guy that I have been wanting to ask me out for weeks, decides to ask me out. And, the guy I ended up going out with was a real jerk. He spent the entire night talking to my coworker and her husband since they have known each other for years, but not seen each other in a long time. He also talked a lot about his ex-fiance and all these hot girls that he knows. He even answered his phone a couple times (my biggest date pet peeve.) I wanted to punch him so badly! I can't believe I had to give up a date I really wanted to go on for a night of disrespect. We had all met at my friend's house, and I had the urge to get up and walk out many times since I had my car there. But, I suffered through it, and now I have a good bad date story.

Here In Pleasantville

I have been somewhat reluctant to write a new blog as of late. I don't want Aaron to attack my grammar again. I will try really hard to use proper syntax, but I fear I will fall short as writing is not one of my strong points.
My phone is dead. Gone. Lost for all time. I kind of dropped it into a cup of water last week, and it has not been fixed. I am going to try to make it to the Tmobile store today and see if they can fix it for me. I paid a lot of money for this phone, and I really do not want to buy a new one:(. Luckily, I have my company cell phone, so I am still reachable. If any of you need the number, email me, or call my regular cell phone and the new number is on the voice mail. Hopefully, I will be able to use my old number soon.
I am so happy that it is November! Every morning I wake up and look out the window hoping to see snow. Alas, there hasn't been any yet, but it is coming soon. I feel it in me bones. *note to editor (aaron): I know that says 'me' and not 'my'. I did that on purpose. So there.*
I guess this is going to be a short blog. My life is still incredibly boring.
